OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE, BB PARK

Outback Steakhouse is an Australia themed steakhouse restaurant famed for their ribs and steak and now they have more than that to cater for different blend of customer. This round, we had dine again there with their lovely delicious meals. Being the most successful restaurant in Low Yat Plaza and having the highest percentage increase in food sales award to their credit, it is no wonder Outback Steakhouse stands out for its good food.

We started off our meals with their best seller Alice Springs Chicken Quesadilla. The well grilled flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms, beef bacon, melted cheeses and served with honey and mustard sauce. Savoury meat which is well filled with the breast meat, bacons and melted cheese is simply irresistible and each bite is filled with the great blend of meaty taste.

When come to times with friends in Outback, the Combination Platter is not to be missed. The sharing portions of the three best-seller items worldwide are in one plate. Here go the Kookaburra wings, Aussie Cheese Fries and Crispy Fried Mushrooms. The chicken wings are amazingly finger lickering good which we really enjoyed them. The Aussie Cheese Fries gave us a creamy bites which is simply filling. I am perfectly in love with the Crispy Fried Mushrooms where the mushrooms are well deep fried with the breadcrumbs covering it but the delights is amazingly well made. Juicy and yet crispy is simply indulging my taste-buds.

If you are a fans of ribs, the BBQ Beef Ribs is amazingly well done. These fall of the bones beef ribs are simply succulent and the saucy ribs are smoked and being grilled till perfection. It is then being brushed with the tangy BBQ sauce and served with Aussie fries.

Toowomba Topped Sorlion
Toowomba Topped Sorlion

Toowomba Topped Sorlion is a another best seller/ The sautéed shrimps with the button mushrooms is being tossed in a tomato cream and then it is being served over a seasoned and seares sirloin. The sirloin is well served and its texture is simply succulent as well as full of juiciness. It is being served with the fresh seasonal vegetables together with it.

Grilled Salmon

I am simply falling in love with the Grilled Salmon. The boneless salmon fillet seasoned and grilled and then served with fresh seasonal veggies and the rice pilaf. Each bites of the salmon is simply good, where we can get the can enjoy the taste of the flesh of the fish.

Big Burger! The Typhoon Burger is simply a mouthwatering burger which is being topped with the signature Typhoon Bloom petals, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and Typhoon Bloom Sauce. Sinfully good and each bites of the meat is juicy and filled with texture. I could not resist to have more and the taste is amazingly good.

Can’t decide what desserts to end your meals, Try the three most popular desserts in their menu. Deliciously made and each bites is really sinful and I had forgotten that I need to look at my calories. The Chocolate Thunder from down under, cheese cake and Banana Nut cake giving me a sweet savoury taste which ended my day.

Some of the signature drinks include the Coco Berry Smoothies where it is the combination of a frosty blend of creamy coconut and strawberries.

Caribbean Mojito is a great twist of the traditional Mojito. A tasty blend of Barcadi Limon, fresh lime and mint topped with Sprite. The drink brings a refreshing blend not to be missed.
