TANG DYNASTY HOTEL, KOTA KINABALU

November 18, 2012 by StrawberrY Gal

The trip for the year is to Kota Kinabalu and we had our rooms booked at the hotel nearby the main bus station of the city. The hotel is well long the coastal highway, also know as the Golden Mile of Kota Kinabalu, Tang Dynasty Hotel caters to leisure and business travelers, within the business and commercial sectors.

The room is quite big and it had equipped with bath/shower and WC, Television with selected ASTRO channel and modern amenities.  The room is quite spacious with the double bed with it. The furniture for the rooms appear quite old.

The rooms comes with the LCD TV with a few ASTRO channel which is quite good. It also being served with the teas and coffee as well as 2 bottle of drinks daily.

Here is some of the tea bags, sugar as well as coffee which is being served in their rooms.

The toilets is not really in par as it is not really clean as I thought. There is no longer a long bath when I came here for a stay back few years. Some of the things is not working.

The hotel does not have much private parking for the hotel as it is shared with the mall. The parking is pretty scary to me which is quite dark. Not much complain based on the price we payed which is quite cheap with the nearby facalities and mall.

Pros:

It is nearby the mall where you can get fast food restaurant (KFC) nearby, walking distance to the main terminal bus, and 15 minutes walk to Gaya Street.

Cons:

Rooms is not too clean and there is no swimming pool. Hotel parking is shared with the mall which is quite dark and it is not to safe for ladies alone to be there.

The Room Rate:

RM104.00 (Sunday)

RM109.00 (Weekday)

RM111.00 (Fri,Sat,Eve PH,PH)

Address:

1-1 Lorong Plaza Wawasan, Coastal Hightway,

88000 Kota Kinabalu,

Sabah Malaysia
