Hotpot pleasures above the clouds at Genting Secret Garden Hotpot

November 22, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Set amidst a charming and soothingly lush, botanically-inspired space with hanging plants, Genting Secret Garden HotPot invites those craving for warmth from the chilly mountain air to step into its cosy realm.   Most of us find a simmering and sumptuous hotpot feast irresistable when blanketed in cool temperatures. If you are going on an indulgent break on the hills, be sure to make a pitstop at Genting Secret Garden Hotpot for a tantalising palate odyssey!

With exceedingly rich, nourishing broths such as collagen, tonkatsu, tomato and spicy mala as well as an impressive assortment of premium cuts ranging from pork collar, streaky bacon, Australian beef sirloin, beef brisket and more; fresh in-house green house produce; and bountiful harvests from the ocean (read: green mussels, sea prawns and scallops) against a super-instagrammable setting with glass windows for unobstructed night views, Genting Secret Garden HotPot sets the standard for the ultimate sky-high hotpot dining experience!

The restaurant boasts of a greenhouse within its premises where fresh, naturally sweet and crispy organically grown lettuce is harvested to fill the diners’ veggie basket. Without a doubt, the exceptionally fresh ingredients coupled with a myriad of broth options in an aesthetically pleasing serene setting makes for true indulgence of this addictive piping hot dish!

And now with the restaurant’s current promotion at RM38 per pax, hotpot enthusiasts can enjoy chicken and gojiberry broth with luscious poultry and pork slices; pork cocktail sausages; squid balls; luncheon meat; an option of rice, glass noodles, dried noodles or udon; and a basketful of Genting Secret Garden lettuce; cabbage; pumpkin; lotus root; pak choy; baby romaine; shiitake, enoki and shimeji mushrooms; beancurd skins and white corn.

At RM58 per pax, diners can relish all that is in the RM38 set with the exception of pork cocktail sausages plus additional servings of pork balls, homemade pork dumplings, sea prawns and toman fish slices. Ingredients can be added on from RM5nett! Savour your hotpot experience by selecting from over 12 types of sweet, savoury and spicy dipping sauces!

End your meal with a flourish with delicious palate-cleansing ice-cream, tongsui of the day, tropical mixed fruits or herbal jelly. Genting Secret Garden Hotpot is located at Level 2, Highlands Hotel, Resorts World Genting and its operational hours are from 5:00pm till 11:00pm Sundays through Thursdays and 5:00pm till 1:00am on Fridays, Saturdays and eve of public holidays.
