 For those who have an insatiable craving for the vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine, we’ve uncovered a true gem nestled within the heart of Plaza Damansara. This hidden treasure promises not just a delightful culinary experience but also an ambience that transports you straight to the heart of Thailand.

As we stepped into the restaurant, warm smiles greeted us, guiding us to our seats. The menu in hand, our eyes caught a sight worth exploring – the Dinner Promotion (RM 179.90). This offering seemed like an invitation to an enchanting culinary journey, a tantalizing combination of Thai delights that promised not just flavors but a culinary spectacle that’s worth every penny.

Embracing the essence of Thai culture and cuisine, the dinner promotion beckons with a generous spread that doesn’t just appease the taste buds, but also ignites a sense of indulgence. It’s a symphony of flavors that promises to transport you across the borders while still being grounded in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

 Fried Garlic Sea-bass  (RM 49)

Prepared with precision and expertise, the Seabass is treated to a masterful deep-frying process that transforms it into a golden marvel. The result is a mesmerizing symphony of textures – the crispy skin offers a satisfying crunch that gives way to the tender, flaky meat within. It’s a delightful play of contrasts that’s bound to leave a lasting impression.

What truly sets this dish apart is the accompaniment of their unique Thai Sauce. A burst of flavors awaits as you take your first dip. The sauce perfectly balances a light spiciness that dances on your palate. You can change  them to the Garlic Chili Steamed Seabass too.

Chili Clams 

Experience the tantalizing allure of the Chili Clams at Jaaii Fusion KL, where a symphony of flavors awaits. This dish is a true gem, offering a harmonious blend of Thai fusion mix . The Chili Clams embody a divine balance, where the natural sweetness of the clams harmonizes with the bold spiciness of the dish. Every mouthful is a celebration of flavors that have been thoughtfully curated to create a remarkable taste experience.

Crispy Seabass Salad 

The Crispy Seabass Salad at Jaaii Fusion KL was an absolute revelation for us. This was our first time trying it, and the explosion of flavors left us craving for more. The seabass, flawlessly deep-fried to a golden perfection, was the star of the show. Paired harmoniously with the Thai Salad, the combination was simply divine.

The medley of sour, sweet, and spicy notes in the salad dressing created a dance of flavors on our taste buds. The succulent seabass, with its perfectly crispy exterior, provided a delightful contrast to the refreshing crunch of the salad. Every bite was an adventure in taste, and we found ourselves savoring each moment.

Crispy Thai Omelette 

The omelette is an indulgent treat, fried to a perfect crispiness that awakens the senses with every bite. The outer layer is delicate and crackling, giving way to a tender and flavorful interior. It’s a delightful balance between the crispy exterior and the comforting warmth within.

The dish’s simplicity is where its magic truly lies. With just a few ingredients, the flavors speak volumes. The richness of the egg, perfectly crisped, envelopes your taste buds in a comforting embrace. Each mouthful is a reminder of how mastery in the kitchen can turn a few basic components into a truly exceptional culinary experience.

Creamy Tom Yum Seafood 

At Jaaii Fusion KL, this dish takes the spotlight as one of their specialties, and rightfully so. What sets the Tomyum Seafood at Jaaii Fusion KL apart is their commitment to using genuine Thai ingredients, transporting your taste buds straight to the bustling streets of Thailand. As you take your first spoonful, the aroma alone tells a story of the dish’s intricate preparation. The tantalizing blend of lemongrass, galangal, and lime leaves dances in the air, a prelude to the explosion of flavors that follows.

What truly elevates this dish is the selection of seafood that accompanies the fragrant broth. Each ingredient is not only fresh but chosen with a discerning eye for quality. Plump prawns, tender squid, and fish all come together in a harmonious medley that highlights the essence of the sea.

Pandan Chicken 

The chicken is marinated overnight, allowing the flavors to infuse deeply into the meat. The fragrance of pandan leaves, intertwined with the essence of the marination, envelops the chicken in a delightful embrace.

What’s truly remarkable about this dish is the tender juiciness of the chicken. Despite the intensive marination process, the meat remains succulent and moist. 

Garlic Kailan 

Stir-fried to perfection, the kailan retains its vibrant green hue and crisp texture. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, with the natural sweetness of the vegetable shining through. The garlic, expertly sautéed, imparts a delightful aromatic essence that complements the freshness of the kailan.

Dessert – Mini Dessert

The Mini Dessert platter at Jaaii Fusion KL is a delightful symphony of sweet sensations, presenting a medley of beloved Asian desserts thoughtfully curated to delight your taste buds.

Indulging in this dessert ensemble is akin to embarking on a culinary journey across Southeast Asia. The Red Ruby dessert, a Thai classic, surprises with its burst of flavors and textures. The tender and slightly crunchy water chestnut rubies are immersed in a pool of fragrant coconut milk, offering a delicate balance of sweetness and creaminess.

The Sago Gula Melaka, on the other hand, is a play of contrasts. The translucent sago pearls are bathed in the rich and aromatic gula melaka, creating a symphony of sweet and smoky flavors. Each spoonful is a journey through layers of taste, leaving a lasting impression.

And then, the Mango Black Sticky Rice with Coconut and Mango Sticky Rice brings a tropical twist to the platter. The ripe and succulent mangoes mingle with the glutinous rice, creating a delectable marriage of sweetness and chewiness. The coconut milk adds a silky touch to the ensemble, tying the flavors together harmoniously.
