Time for a summer yay-cation with Starbucks Malaysia!

June 14, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Get ready for a summer escape as Starbucks Malaysia unveils its dessert inspired treats that will take you on a sensorial adventure. Launching in all stores nationwide today is the Starbucks Strawberry Choux Cream Frappuccino and Starbucks Chocolate Choux Cream Frappuccino, which are inspired by the classic and delicate French pastry, profiterole or cream puff.  To complete the summer delectables, Starbucks Malaysia is also introducing the frozen delight of the Starbucks Golden Pineapple Cold Brew, a refreshing twist to the signature cold brew and a perfect iced coffee treat for those hot summer afternoons.

Whether you’re seeking for bold new experiences or simply finding a piece of paradise to call your own, these beverages are the perfect companions to lead you on a summer adventure that packs in more joy. From 8 June, Starbucks Malaysia will offer the following beverages for a limited time, while stocks last:

NEW! Starbucks® Strawberry Choux Cream Frappuccino

• Enjoy a fulfilling indulgence of strawberries and cream with the new Strawberry Choux Cream Frappuccino® blended beverage, inspired by French choux pastries. Vanilla bean custard-flavored whipped cream and graham cracker crumble is layered on top of a delicious blend of ice, milk, vanilla bean custard sauce and fresh strawberry chunks for the perfect icy summer treat. Available as a blended handcrafted beverage.

NEW! Starbucks® Chocolate Choux Cream Frappuccino

• The new Chocolate Choux Cream Frappuccino® blended beverage is the perfect balance of light, yet creamy texture and classic dessert flavors. Crafted with creamy vanilla bean custard sauce, milk and ice blended together, then layered between mocha sauce, vanilla bean custard-flavored whipped cream and crumbly graham cracker bits, the Chocolate Choux Cream Frappuccino® blended beverage offers summer joy in every sip. Available as a blended handcrafted beverage.

NEW! Starbucks® Golden Pineapple Cold Brew

• Celebrate the flavors of summer with the refreshing Golden Pineapple Cold Brew — a tangy twist on our signature Cold Brew. With a mouthwatering combination of super-smooth Starbucks® Cold Brew, tart lemonade, and pineapple sauce, this summer beverage will transport you to a tropical paradise. Topped with real pineapple chunks for an added punch of sweetness. Available as an iced handcrafted beverage.

Arriving together with the irresistible beverages is the Starbucks Coffee Heritage merchandise line up. The collection serves as an appreciation of the long journey that coffee makes, from growing, picking to roasting – a full depiction of the “bean to cup” story. The lineup includes water bottles, tumblers and cold cups with key artwork featuring coffee trees, vibrant cherries, and lush greeneries. To truly echo the coffee heritage, some of the items are also made from reusable coffee grounds and recycled plastic, a new sustainable material that is in line with Starbucks commitment to its people, planet and coffee.

Also making its way to our stores in the later part of the season is the Starbucks Cup Cooler Bag. Made of post-consumer recycled PET material, this environmental friendly cooler bag is designed to keep your beverages cold and fresh, wherever you go. Customers can get their hands on the cup cooler and a grande-sized handcrafted beverage at only RM30 or on its own at RM25, at any Starbucks stores in Malaysia.

Adding more festive fun for the season, Starbucks is also introducing its Summer Seasonal Starbucks Card. The design of the card highlights cooling treats that will help you conquer the summer heat, including a Starbucks Frappuccino as the main highlight! Grab one today and activate it at a minimum of RM30 only.

Chill A.S.A.P, ‘As Summer as Possible’ at home with the all-new Starbucks Siren’s Blend whole beans. Named after the Siren that symbolizes the brand, the blend honors the innovations of women, from farmer to roaster to barista. The bright flavors of this medium roast are inspired and created by trailblazing women of the coffee industry. Together with its empowering origin story, the blend offers juicy, citrusy and chocolatey flavors which is derived from a fragrant marriage of coffee from East Africa and Latin America. On top that, the Starbucks Papua New Guinea single-origin whole bean is also making a comeback this summer. Enjoy bright and juicy flavors with hints of jasmine and stone fruit flavors that is best paired with orange, citrus, nuts, and pastries.

Paradise awaits you with the arrival of Starbucks new mouthwatering beverage line up, as they are the perfect tropical treats on a sunny day. Available in all stores from 8 June 2021, the Starbucks Strawberry Choux Cream Frappuccino, Starbucks Chocolate Choux Cream Frappuccino are tagged at RM19.60 onwards and the Starbucks Golden Pineapple Cold Brew will be priced from RM19.10 onwards. To enjoy a delicious home brew with the Starbucks Siren’s Blend and the Starbucks Papua New Guinea, customers may purchase the whole beans from only RM45 for 250gm, while the new Starbucks Coffee Heritage merchandise collection will start from RM60 onwards.

With the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic, Starbucks Malaysia will also be raising funds to support the emergency frontliners and essential caregivers through the Goods for Good program. With every purchase of Starbucks Reusable Coffee Ground Coffee Heritage tumbler and cold cup, RM2 will be contributed the Malaysia Red Crescent Society’s (MRCS) #ResponsMalaysia COVID-19 fund. Starbucks Malaysia will also match the total proceeds collected to be donated together. The fund by MRCS aims to provide essential services to its frontliners as well as cover the cost of equipment and operations, as well as providing relief for the B40 communities.

All beverages, merchandise and whole bean coffees will be available in all stores nationwide, while stocks last.
