Define.Food @ The Gardens

June 9, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Define Food is indeed one of the place I love. Famed for their delicious delights, Define food offer you with the delicious choices of food without burning your pocket. Define.Food is indeed a cosy restaurant where you can enjoy the great meal in Mid Valley.
In here, you can go for their wide variety of dishes that is creative and yet delicious. The environment is really nice and pleasant and it is so perfect to stay and enjoy the delecteable meal comfortably and enjoying the view of The Gardens Mall.
We started off with the Chicken Parmigiana where one can enjoy the tender juicy breaded chicken breast bechamel, together with the Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato Fondue and Side Salad. The chicken comes simply tender and inside is so good that I wanted to grab more of it.
Asides from that, The Smoked Salmon Pizza brings us with the crunchy sides and completed with the awesomely prepared salmon gravlax with the lumpfish caviar and herbed cream cheese capers. It brings up the overall taste making and the smoked salmon is perfectly done with the aromatic hint.
Asides from that, we try the Tomyam Risotto where it is completed with the mussels, squid, Cubed Salmon and Prawns. They are definitely something special and they specially curated them with the taste of local. The dish is really good and they are completed with the fresh mussels, squids and prawns too which make it to our favourites.
We ended with the Ebi katsu which is perfectly delicious and they are perfectly done with the awesome-licious Tiger Prawn Patty, Dijon Mustard, Pickled Red Cabbage and Butter Brioche Bread. Every mouthful of the meals comes simply nice and indeed a comfort meal.
Last but not least, desserts! Tempted with the awesomely good desserts where we have their deliciously tempting Pandan Cheesecake.
For those who are looking for delicious comfort delights, Define.Food is a place to go for. As for MCO, you can contact them or order from FoodPanda for this awesomely delicious food.
