Pao Xiang Bah Kat Teh @ Sunway Velocity

May 29, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Pao Xiang was built on the foundation of food culture, a source of fierce passion for its founder Chef Ah Zong. Originating from a humble Bah Kut Teh stall, Pao Xiang was built up from scratch by Chef Ah Zong, whose success was fuelled solely by the desire to ensure that the history and goodness of Bah Kut Teh – a true blue Malaysian delicacy, could be passed down to the future generations through Restaurant Pao Xiang.

String Tied Bak Kut Teh – Big Bone (RM19)

One of the signature of Bao Xiang is their String Tied Bak Kut Teh. And this time, we tried their String Tied Bah Kut The which is served with the Big Bone. The pork leg is one of the most reowned ingredients in Chinese Cuisine and these are often used in preparing Bah Kut Teh. And in Pao Xiang, they prepared them using the cotton string tying method where they are not just delicious but also able to extract excessive fats from the meat too.  The meat comes simply juicy and every mouthful is so good that I don’t mind having more.

String Tied Bah Kut Teh Spare Ribs (RM19.50)

Another is their String Tied Bah Kut Teh Spare Ribs. It is one of my favourites too. The meat is so nice and perfectly infused with flavours of herbs. It is so delicious where a bowl of rice is never enough.

 BKT Braised Egg (RM 2.20)

Don’t miss out the BKT Braised Egg which is so nice. The egg is perfectly braised and they are indeed so good which I am so in love with it. Nice and good !

For those who are looking for a satisfying BKT, Pao Xiang is definitely the outlet to go for.
