International Buffet Dinner @ Sarkies, Eastern & Oriental Hotel Penang

February 22, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

Sarkies is located at Victory Annexe of the Penang heritage icon, Eastern & Oriental Hotel. Famed for their buffet, you can enjoy the sought after culinary oasis offering a buffet of local and international fare.

The restaurant is beautiful renovated and one can enjoy their buffet with the choice of indoor and outdoor sitting. Overlooking the beautiful ocean just in front of the restaurant, your dining is definitely relaxing and enjoyable one too.

And in here, they have a wide spread of buffet choices regardless of breakfast, lunch or even dinner. As we are having our dinner buffet, the spread is so much and we do not know where to start from.

For those who are big fans of seafood, you can dig on to the scrumptious fresh seafood on the ice. Enjoy the awesomely freshly cut sashimi as well as the lobsters, yabbies, mussels, prawns and many more.

They have loads of food to go for where you can enjoy a wide choices of salads with the condiments with it too. They do serve few choices of soup where I really enjoyed their soup of the day.

Don’t miss out the variety choices of sushis as well.

Not to be missed are E&O signature roasted series including roasted duck, chicken, beef and lamb. Every mouthful is divinely good!

Also, one must visit their noodles station as well. You can enjoy the mouthwatering Char Koay Teow . We are told that Sarkies offers one of the best hotel’s Char Koay Teow in town.

The desserts spread indeed tempting. One can enjoy the various choices of desserts which includes red velvet cake, mini pies, cakes, chocolate cakes, pies and many more. Don’t miss out their sweet and delicious ice cream as well.

For those who are looking for a wide spread of choice buffet, Sarkies is one of the restaurant to visit.
