FESTIVE GASTRONOMY

JW Café (Level 5)

Revel in the festive wonderland with a world of gourmet delights at JW Café, featuring an extravagant spread of international fare. Immerse in the lively, warm atmosphere while watching the chefs in actions at the live stations including seafood counter with Boston lobster, Japanese king crab leg and red crab; hand-crafted sushi station with 5-6 head South African abalone and assorted sashimi; and carving station with roasted whole turkey, Australian M5 Wagyu beef rib eye or Tomahawk and New Zealand lamb rack. Other scrumptious Asian and Western creations with premium ingredients are on offer, such as braised 5-6 head South African abalone and fish maw, braised sea cucumber and pan-fried foie gras.

The Lounge (Lobby Level)

Have a blast of celebration with a variety of festive gastronomic offerings in the airy setting of The Lounge, boasting panoramic views through the ceiling-to-floor windows. The Lounge will present a delicious festive spin on its lavish Champagne Brunch, decadent afternoon tea buffet and afternoon tea set, and spectacular dinner buffet that suit everyone’s palate. Dine on an ensemble of culinary highlights including Boston lobsters, red crabs, Russian caviar, South African abalone, premium sashimi as well as pan-fried Wagyu Tomahawk steak, roasted turkey and crispy suckling pig at the carving station.

Ring in the New Year at the Countdown Party with a magnificent seafood-inspired dinner buffet and a bottle of Champagne per couple, complete with funky festive grooves courtesy of the live band to keep the spirit up till late.

Fish Bar (Level 7)

For those who fancy an intimate celebration in tranquil alfresco surroundings, the poolside Fish Bar with a special festive menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be the perfect choice. Start off the evening with a plateful of jet-fresh oysters and continue with tantalising seafood specialties made of sustainable fishes directly sourced from around the world. Add some sparkles to the celebration with refreshing hand-crafted cocktails at the Pool Lounge.

Man Ho Chinese Restaurant (Level 3)

For lovers of classic Cantonese cuisine, it’s the perfect moment to return to the newly renovated Man Ho Chinese Restaurant for a rewarding and heart-warming meal with friends and family. A new rendition of festive set dinner menu with impressive specialties made with premium ingredients, along with a daily chef’s special prepared table-side, will be offered. Highlighted dishes include marinated abalone in black vinegar, Kanto sea cucumber in lobster soup with puff pastry and pan-fried garoupa fillets stuffed with shrimp mousse and shredded fish maw in raspberry sauce.

(Festive set dinner menu is priced at HK$ 1,288 per person with a minimum order of 2 persons, available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve)

“A DATE WITH SANTA” ROOM PACKAGE

This Christmas, make your child’s dreams come true with the captivating “A Date with Santa” room package at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, an enchanting experience that will make lasting memories for you and your family over the holidays.
