Hazukido Croissant Malaysia (八月堂) , SS15 Subang Jaya

September 23, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

It is time for some croissants. And Hazukido is one of the must try croissants in town bringing you with the Shokunin Spirit of Japan where they select the highest quality ingredient to serve you.

Originated from Taiwan, this Hazukido is having outlets not just in Taiwan ( Yilan, Tai Chung, Gao Xiong) but also in China- Shanghai and Jiangsu. And we are lucky enough where now we can have them at SS15, Subang.

Their croissants are freshly baked on-site daily bringing you with the delicious bites and the fragrance of the natural butter. With their exclusive folding technique, it enables to create a complexity of texture in mouth with crispy layer outer and soft inner layer.

And they comes up with the choice of 15 flavours that will definitely tempt you.  And now they had added  the famous and must have Salted Egg Yolk Croissant. Other flavours includes Raspberry Panna Cotta (RM 9.70) , Early Grey Milk Tea Croissant(RM 8.70), Chocolate Custard Croissant (RM 7.90) , Okinawa Brown Sugar Warabi Mochi Croissant (RM 11.30) , Black Sesame Croissant (RM 6.90) , Apple Croissant (RM 8.90) , Hazelnut Macron Croissant (RM 8.50) , Golden Cheese Croissant (RM 8.30) , Custard Croissant (RM 7.30), Okinawa Brown Sugar Croissant (RM 5.80) , Milk Caramel Croissant (RM 6.80), Garlic Croissant (RM 6.80), Honeycomb Croissant(RM 5.50) and Lemon Icing Croissant (RM 6.80).

As there is no sitting place in their shop, you can hop to nearby bubble tea outlet to get the cup of bubble tea and enjoy these awesome fresh croissants. And for first timer, we would recommend you to try  their Raspberry Panna Cotta, Golden Cheese Croissant, Apple Croissant, Hazelnut Macron Croissant, and of course their new release Salted Egg Croissant.

And if you buy them home, you can heat up them up in your oven to 150 degrees for 2 minutes. Some tips:

❤️Set aside for 5 minutes after taken out the oven to reach its proper temperature, the softness and crispiness are just delightful.
❤️Set aside for another 3-5 minutes to taste its distinctive texture.
