Guang @ USJ City Mall

September 6, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

A nice place to sit down and enjoy a great meal. Guang is our latest exploration to Subang Jaya where they offers diners with these awesome Asian cuisines as well as sake and more.

The restaurant offers you with the great spaces that caters to your needs. You can enjoy sitting by the bar, or even at the Japanese dining area. They also offers private function room and karaoke room as well.

And in Guang, they serves a variety choices of food and drinks. One of the highlights is of course the sake. They do serves a nice sake to accompany with your meal.

As for their dishes, they have wide choices to go for and we tried a few of them. Attracted by the name- Chi Ma Ken, we ordered them and we are really surprised of the outcome. The deep fried chicken which is drenched with the creamy cheese comes simply good and delicious. Addictive !

As for the mains,we had the Teriyaki Chicken and Cheese Don. Combining the Japanese influence in to the dish, we enjoyed the rice which is perfectly cooked and topped with the yasai Itame, Mozzarella cheese, Teriyaki chicken, fuikake and also spring onions at one goal.

We ended with the Salmon Shioyaki which is perfectly pan fried till perfection and it brings you with the completely delicious salmon which is fresh and flaky meat.

For those who are looking for a place to chill and enjoy some beer, sake and great meals, here is the place.
