Burnin’ Pit @ Desa Sri Hartamas : Heavenly Meat for Meat Lover!

August 13, 2019 by StrawberrY Gal

Good foods are meant to be shared! And if you are a big fan of meat, Burnin’ Pit is a place for you.  Burnin’ Pit is one of the insta-friendly restaurants and the wooden interior indeed inspired me a lot.

The highlights of Burnin’ Pit are on the technique of barbecuing the meat “low and slow” which is inspired by the Authentic Southern American way. Burnin’ Pit brings you with great food and they are specializing in full-flavour barbequed meat!

Burnin’ Pit is bringing you with a wide choice of meat and their meat were cooked low and slow for more than 12 hours in their flavoured custom-built wood fire smoker (cooked fresh daily). The meats are beautifully marinated with just simple ingredients which are kosher salt and black pepper. And the meat comes absolutely good and delicious.

And in here, ordering the food comes simply simple where you can have your choice of meat together with the sides. And as for us we have the mouth-watering beef brisket, beef ribs, lamb and chicken which are beautifully paired with the choice of Mac & Cheese, Southern “Slaw”, Homemade Beans, Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Reduction, Grilled Corn with Coconut Milk , Homemade Baan and also the Mash Potato with Beef Bacon Bites. Priced at RM 7.50 each, it is simply worth for the money and every item is just so good and delicious.

Jerk Chicken Quarter (RM 28)
I love their Jerk Chicken Quarter than comes awesomely good. The chicken meat is just perfectly marinated and the meat is so so moist and juicy. Heavenly good!

Beef Brisket (RM 22/100g)
They do serve a delicious beef brisket which is indulging. The beef brisket is just so good where we wipe up the whole of it!

Pulled Lamb (RM 22/ 100g)
The Pulled Lamb is worth to check out as well. No gammy taste and every mouthful are juicy and filled with the aromas from the slow cook process. Love the bites of it and it has no gammy taste as well.

Burnin’ Pit offers FREE Valet Parking for all their customers too.
