Ong Lai @ Da Men : Your Porky Heaven

Ong Lai is one of the brand to venture for some porky delights. With the name “Ong Lai” which means prosperity comes, you of course will able to taste wide choices of local delights to go for.

And in Ong Lai; you can have the wide choices of local delights from the hearty bowl of soup, rice bowl and more in one place.  Start your meals with some nice appetizers.  And in Ong Lai, they have quite a variety of appetizers to go for.

Enjoy the pulpy Malacca Style Pork Satay where the satay are perfectly bbq-ed till perfection. The satay comes awesomely good with the aromatic char taste.It’s meat comes juicy and it make  a perfect match with their signature peanut sauce.

Pork Wanton with Spicy Sauce

We also tried the pork wanton soaked with the bursting spicy sauce. The kick of spiciness with the bouncy wanton comes simply addictive. The bursting flavours of the wanton itself comes amazingly delicious and soak with the aromatic peppercorn flavours.

Deep Fried Pork Intestine (RM 9.88)

Grab a bowl of hearty porridge which is served hot. The pork intestine are perfectly deep fried till crunchy and it is simply  the best to go with some porridge.

 

Hainanese Pork Chop with Rice 

Next we have the Hainanese Pork Chop with Rice where the pork chop is battered and then deep fried till perfection. It sides with the sweet and sour sauce which makes the plate of rice comes simply delicious and awesome.

 

Prawn Noodles

The prawn noodles are packed with the flavours and aromatic taste from the broth itself. The prawn mee is beautifully topped with the slices of pork meat, fish cake and also half egg.

 

 
Coconut Chinese Herbal Chicken Soup 

 

Ginseng Root Black Chicken Soup 



For soup lover, have the aromatic herbal -licious soup here. Have your choice of their healthy choices of soup. Two of their signatures includes the Ginseng Root Black Chicken Soup and the Coconut Chinese Herbal Chicken Soup. Both the soup comes simply healthy and complete with the aromatic herbal ginseng taste in it.

 

Steamed Minced Pork

Have a bowl of hearty bowl of rice where they are topped with the steamed minced pork in it.  Enjoy this awesome-licious pork which is packed with flavours.

And of course, some sweet delicacies to ends our meal. Grab their choice of bubur cha cha  , gula sago melaka and more. For those who are looking for some porky delights, Ong Lai is one of the place to go for sure.
