Love is 29 Floors up in the Air at aqua from 13th – 15th February
aqua boasts one the most stunning settings for romance, combining panoramic views of Hong Kong with delectable Italian and Japanese dishes scented and adorned with delicate rose petals. Char-grilled Chilean sea bass with rose & sake soy with rose uni tempura and Rose & champagne panna cotta with white chocolate are part of a romantic 5-course dinner priced at HK$1,588 per person while the restaurant also offers a 4-course lunch at HK$688 per person, sommelier wine pairing is also available at HK$488 per person.

Devour tivo’s Tapas in the Heart of Central on 14th February
tivo presents Grilled whole squid with foie grasand Galician octopus and piquillo pepper paella and aheart-shaped Chocolate & strawberry mousse dessert, part of a 7-tapas spread at HK$348 per person. After 10pm dance the night away at tivo’s anti-Valentine’s Day Silly Cupido party, with a complimentary glass of prosecco for singletons.

Intimate Dinner at The Chinese Library from 13th – 15th February
Fresh abalone served with chilli consommé and Wok-fried coral garoupa with carrot & spinach are featured in The Chinese Library’s Valentine’s Day dinner. For dessert, warm your heart and stomach with Rice balls in warm ginger tea with white chocolate & rose mochi. Priced at HK$800 per person, the menu includes a glass of rose wine and pink Moscato.

Spice up Date-Night with Hutong’s Dishes from 8th – 14th February 
This Valentine’s Hutong presents a spicy Sliced squid with green horseradish which mimics the delicate folds of a rose. Finish with a duo of rose-shapedHawthorn & strawberry pudding with homemade dark chocolate ice cream; part of a10-dish sharing menu priced at HK$2,288 for two including two glasses of Ruinart Rose Champagne.

Rose-Infusions at Dim Sum Library on 14th February

Shiro Melts Hearts with Rose Affogato Dessert on 14th February
Shiro offers Zucchini flower and tiger prawn tempura as part of a7-dish tasting menu that also features an incredible Rose affogato decorated with a sweet cotton cloud.
