Coca Restaurant is Back in Malaysia!

October 12, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Coca Restaurant is returning back to Malaysia and welcoming you with the great choices of steamboat. And now Coca Steamboat have their first outlet back in Malaysia focusing on lifestyle dining and high-quality produce in a prime location in the Bangsar Shopping Center. And one can enjoy their innovation of contemporary Thai dishes as well as hotpot (suki) concept.
The group’s heritage dates back to 1957, when Khun Srichai Phanphensophon opened the first COCA restaurant in Surawong, launching the suki trend in Thailand. And Coca have over 30 restaurants across the region, featuring healthy menus of carefully selected high quality meats, seafood and vegetables.
One of the highlights here is of  course their Thai delights and this is where Coca has crafted the new Southern Thai Soup made exclusively for Malaysian diners.  And steamboat of course is one of the highlights.
They have a choice of Meat Combo Platter which cater for meat lovers. The meat combo platter consists of the imported Australian Beef Fillet, NZ Lamb Fillet, Chicken Fillet, Premium Beef Balls and Homemade Chicken-Balls. Together with it is the generous portion of green vegetables and mushrooms with it.
If you are fans of seafood, you can actually go for their seafood platter. Their seafood platter is one of my favourites as is comes with a generous portion of seafood like the US Jumbo Scallops, Tiger Prawns, Squids, Cuttlefish, Fish Fillet, Homemade Fish Glue Ball, Shrimps balls and also Seaweed Rolls. Serving together with the set includes some fresh vegetables.
The Signature Fish Cakes is deliciously good. The tender juicy fish patties come is just so good and simply addictive and it makes a good match with the chili sauce they served.
How about some crabs for your meal too? We had the Whole Mud Crab Sauteed with Egg. The crab comes simply fresh and the taste is just awesome. I am loving the egg sauce which brings up the overall taste and the eggy is simply flavourful too. Yummz…
Don’t miss out their desserts too and I am in love with their Ice Cream Set. The ice cream set comes with the choice of Yam, Vanilla, Coconut, Chocolate and Strawberry. Sides with the delicious condiments to add some crunch to your ice cream.
