Atlantis The Palm, Dubai Chef Ali El Bourji Dishes Out Lebanese Flavours at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong welcomes Executive Arabic Chef Ali El Bourji of Atlantis The Palm, Dubai to Clipper Lounge from 27 to 30 September 2018. During his 4-day residency, the dinner buffet and Sunday brunch will feature a spread of exotic Lebanese delicacies.

Bourji started his culinary career in Beirut, Lebanon, then relocated to Dubai in 1998. Since then, he has worked at world renowned hotels including the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers and Le Meridien Dubai prior to joining Atlantis The Palm, Dubai in 2008. With over 25 years of experience in Arab cuisine, Bourji has appeared in a number of culinary shows including MasterChef Arabia, Kitchen Impossible and Fatafeat.

Clipper Lounge will embark on an Arabian journey where guests will taste a range of over 40 different dishes such as cold and hot mezzeh options, a live mixed grill station, authentic hot dishes and desserts. Highlights include Lebanese Fattoush Salad, Cheese Rekakat, Seafood Kebbeh, Shish Taouk and Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder, just to name a few. Click here for the full menu.
