Chong Gong Guan (川公馆) @ ICC Pudu: Si Chuan Steamboat till 5 am!

May 19, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Chong Gong Guan (川公馆) is indeed one of the places for you to savour the taste of the authentic Si Chuan Steamboat. Opened by entrepreneur from China, the delicacies here are simply a taste of home from China where they come with the delicious and bursting spiciness of the traditional Si Chuan Hotpot.

In Chong Gong Guan, their ingredients are mainly imported from China and you can definitely enjoying the bursting spiciness soup base which come rich and fragrant. For those who are fans of Si Chuan Delights, one can choose their own spiciness base whether mild, spicy or super spicy!

Not only, those  bursting Spicy soup, they offers also Pork bone soup and  Signature Wild Mushroom Soup for those who cant take spicy.  As for me, I felt numb after the first taste of the Spicy Soup but it will lead you to some addiction as well after a while.

To accompany with your hotpot, they also have loads of choices of ingredients to go with it. Choices is more than 50 items from meat, to seafood, pork, Australian Beef, Lamb, fish balls, shrimps balls, pork balls, intestines and more. Some of the items as freshly made each day to make sure that they serves the best to their clients. They also offer choices of ingredients which is served in China which comes unique to us here.

Don’t forget to dipped with some sauce prepared. The varieties come over 20 choices of sauces from sesame sauce, peanut butter sauces and more. You can ask them to blend their signature sauce for you or you can choose to ploy with the sauces as well with additional charges of RM 3 as the ingridients are fully imported from China.

Overall for those who are looking for a buffet with a kick, you can consider Chuan Gong Guan where they offer bursting spicy sensation from dinner till late night with ample parking space.
