Motorino @ Genting SkyAvenue: New York Best Italian Pizza in Malaysia Now

February 10, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Originating in Brooklyn, New York, Motorino have now opened their first Malaysian branch in Genting Highlands’ new shopping mall, SkyAvenue. With their success of their Neopolitan Italian pizza; they have few outlets round the world too and not just that, they are being titled as the best authentic Neopolitan Italian pizza restaurant in New York by New York Times food writers.
Covering 4000 sq ft space with the beautiful interior and exterior, the Motorino Malaysia brings you with the original ethic of American outlets where they have their 1920s old metal chair, white marble tops and the lovely designed oven.
To ensure on the quality of the product itself, spot their two large pizza oven which is fully imported all the way from Naples Italy here. The pizza is being baked with this oven burning hot at 800-900 degrees. Enjoy how the pizza is make where they have the open kitchen concept where you can watch how your pizza is done.
With the choice of 9 types of pizzas and over 20 additional topping; one could not get bored with their pizza. Have the topping of your choice whether is the onions, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, beef pepperoni and more. Served in 12 inch pizza. The choices includes Cherry Stone Clam (RM 54), Marinara (RM 48), Aragula & Besaola (RM 64) and Del Popolo (RM 54) to name a few.
Roasted Chicken Wings (RM20 for 3 pieces)
Don’t miss out their Roasted Chicken Wings which is well marinated and packed with flavours. Addictively delicious
Meatballs (RM26 for a set of 3)
Motorino’s Meatballs are well done too. They are well braised in tomato sauce, achieving the mouthful of meat sweetness and tangy touch of tomato. Awesomely good!
The pizzas are perfect and we really enjoy them so much. Pepperoni Pizze (RM 43 for member/ RM 48 non member). The classic all time favourites where the delights is topped with the beef pepperoni, mozzarella and pecorino cheese. Accompanied with dash of extra virgin olive oil with the hint of fresh chillies and sea salt Nicely done with the cheesy thin crust. Yummz
