Credito @ Bandar Puchong Jaya

November 30, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are a big fans of pork, Cerdito is indeed one of the restaurant worth travelling over where the restaurant are specialising in Spanish Iberico meat.
Located at the corner lot; the restaurant is indeed easy to be spotted and the restaurant brings you with the cozy ambience and beautiful interior.
With the elegant ambience, the restaurant brighten with the beautiful bar table that completes with rows of wine and liquor. Behind the restaurant, helmed by Chef Yew who are the chef and the director of the team helming group of great young management staff.

Iberico Sticks / Golden Crisp (RM 30)
Deliciously done, the Iberico Golden Crisp Pork Stick served you in bite-sizes, pork crowned with the crispy popiah skin. It is topped with the taste of zestiness from the marinated tiny cubes if tomatos with it.

Chef’s Special (RM35)
Enjoy the delicious chef’s special where you can sample 3 different choices of tapas all in one where they have the char-grilled king oyster mushroom, Harrinsa Chicken, and the Spanish Chorizo. For me, I am totally in love with the oyster king mushroom which is amazingly good and juicy as well as the Spanich Chorizo. It brings a crispy bites together with  caramelised edges of the lean meat. What a nice combination.
Wild Mushroom Cappuccino (RM 15)
Uniquely prepared and simply amazingly done. It is just photogenic and yet a nice combination where it comes with a layer of truffle tea foam on the top with the earthy note to every sip.
Credito Special (RM 45)
One of Chew Yew personal favorites, the dish is being slow – cooked for hours and making the Iberico Ribs comes simply soft and juicy. Soaked it with the wonderful brooth from the braising liquid. The bowl of delights is being infused with the porky essense in it.

Iberico Grilled Short Rack (RM 70 )
This is sinfully delicious. One of my favorites of the night. The thick cut of the Iberico is being slow cooked till near doneness and sides with the baba ghanoush or egg plant puree and grilled pumpkin. The meat remains is juiciness and every mouthful boost with the pork-licious juice in my mouth. Yummz!
Iberico Pulled Pork Sandwich (RM 45)
A combination of Asian Western where the shredded pulled pork laced comes together with the sweet and tangy bbq sauce and sandwiched within the mantao buns. Comes together with the fresh curnchy cucumber and topped with the ebiko on top. Using the hand pulled for their meat, it remains the textures and juiciness of the dish and when you munch it; the textures is there. Sides together with the golden onion rings at the side.

Iberico Black Pig Burger (RM 45)
For burger lover, enjoy this juicy black pig burger where It is served with the generous portion of steak fries and tomato chutmey. The Iberico Black Pig burger comes with a generous portion and the taste is just so irresistible. Nice and good one !
Iberico Lion Ribs (RM110 – full rack | RM40 – single portion)
Love this Iberico Loin Ribs, it delcious smaking good with the tenderlicious ribs with it. Served with their in house made BBQ sauce and side with the roasted potatoes and cabbage slaw. The meat are irrrestible tenders, with the fall of meat completely juicy too.
Besides from food, Cerdito offers few nice desserts to go for.
Tiramisu (RM 20)
Enjoy the tiramisu here where the desserts is nicely packed with the coffee and Kahlua alcohol in it. A nice way to end our meals that night
