ULTIMATE CRAB INDULGENCES AT MAN HO CHINESE RESTAURANT AND JW CAFÉ

With the season of hairy crab just around the corner, Executive Chinese Chef, Jayson Tang of Man Ho Chinese Restaurant is delighted to present a seasonal menu, featuring the highly-prized crustacean from 3 to 31 October 2016. While JW Café’s Executive Sous Chef, Tony Wong introduces a variety of crab dishes to the dinner buffet from 3 to 30 October 2016.

Chef Jayson takes a modern twist with the traditional autumn delicacy at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, and presents a special promotional à la carte menu that includes Deep-fried chicken wings stuffed with hairy crab roe and crab meat; Sautéed egg white with hairy crab roe and crab meat; and Baked foie-gras, minced pork and bean curd with hairy crab roe and crab meat. Available during lunch and dinner, and prices range from HK$98 to HK$388 per dish.

Diners will be spoilt for choice with an enticing crab extravaganza at JW Café; in addition to an array of local and international culinary selection from the dinner buffet. Guests can indulge in an endless feast of steamed hairy crabs from the live station as well as other exquisite highlights such as cold crabs; including Garfield crab, snow crab, red crab and Canadian crab; delectable Typhoon-shelter style wok-fried supreme crab, Crispy crab claw stuffed with minced shrimp as well as wok-fried crab meat with curry, onion and chilli. The dinner buffet is available from 6pm to 10pm daily, and priced at HK$698 per adult and HK$478 per child from Monday to Thursday; and HK$768 per adult and HK$528 per child from Friday to Sunday and public holiday.
