Melting Pot’s 1 Malaysia Day buffet offers extensive spread from different ethnic groups in Malaysia. A bowl of our lovely curry mee or our superb prawn mee will be wonderful treats to enjoy during high tea. A plethora of food choice would be served during this amazing promotion, such as our signature Hainanese chicken rice with salted chicken, mini otak-otak pie, Penang kuey teow, tosai with chutney, lamb tandoori, nasi briyani ayam, salmon with
lemon garlic sauce and there is more on the spread. Not to forget, fragrant dim sums will also be part of the choices available for the high tea. End your meal with tempting array of desserts led by lemon meringue curd, tapai with coconut pudding, passion fruit panna cotta or a bowl of cooling cendol or ais kacang. More than 70 dishes will be offered – you are invited to try each one!
