PARK HOTEL HONG KONG SUMMER PRESENTS “GREEN TEA SENSATION AFTERNOON TEA SET” AND “GREEN TEA GARDEN” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET

Looking for a cozy environment to enjoy refreshing delicacies at a relaxing afternoon? Park café is sure to be your ideal choice. Starting from 5 July 2016, a new afternoon tea set and tea buffet themed with “Green Tea” will be served at Park café, featuring a divine array of green tea specialties, the buffet will satisfy the cravings of all green tea fans for sure!

The newly presented “Green Tea Sensation Afternoon Tea Set” showcases an irresistible combination of pastries and savouries placing in the beautifully-decorated Japanese box to cool you down in this summer. You are suggested to kick off the tea set with the tasty starters like Parma Ham with Melon, Foie Gras on Toast, Quinoa Salad with Green Tea Jelly, Roasted Chicken Wing with Green Tea and Cheese, all of them will definitely delight your taste buds with their aroma and richness. What’s more, various fabulous green tea desserts are also meticulously prepared for your enjoyment. Some of the must-try desserts must be Green Tea and Beancurd Cheesecake and Green Tea and Red Bean Roll. For the former dessert, it has a velvety smooth and rich texture, and the green tea flavour is perfectly matched with beancurd mousse. While for the latter one, the green tea is fully filled with tempting red bean puree, green tea lovers are definitely hard to resist the charm of the cake. Furthermore, Green Tea Lamington, Green Tea Sabayon in Puff, Green Tea and Chocolate Mousse Cake, Blueberry Cheesecake with Macaron are also prepared to satisfy the sweet tooth of green tea aficionados. To further tantalize your taste buds, Patrons may upgrade the tea set to “Premium Afternoon Tea Set” to enjoy additional Smoked Salmon and Strawberry Salad plus Mini Bamboo Charcoal Burger with Wagyu or MOVENPICE ice cream with Waffle on optional basis. The “Premium Afternoon Tea Set” is available with a supplement of HK$30 per person only.

Meanwhile, a brand-new “Green Tea Garden” Afternoon Tea Buffet featuring a selection of scrumptious delicacies will be served at Park café too. Under the spotlights are Crispy Green Tea Mousse Roll, Osmanthus Pudding with Green Tea and Honey, Green Tea and Mango Cheesecake and cooked-to-order Green Tea Soufflé, all of them are exclusively added into the buffet in addition to the desserts offering at the tea set. Other than the tempting green tea delights, we have specially prepared a range of exquisite dishes for your temptation too. Signature dishes are Deep-fried Spicy Salmon Head and Belly, Italian Cheese Pizza and Salmon and Scallop Fried Rice with Truffle. What’s more, Japanese Ramen prepared a la minute, Assorted Sushi and Sushi Rolls, Curry Counter, Salad and various hot dishes are unlimitedly served to fill up your appetite too. To please your palate, other sweet hot picks like cooked-to-order Pancake and Waffle, Chocolate Fountain, Popcorn, Mango Cheesecake, Assorted Fruits Platter, Ice cream and assorted mini cakes are also delicately prepared at the Dessert Counter for you to grasp.
