Show your love for Mum by bringing her to award-winning buffet restaurant, Carousel, this Mother’s Day on Sunday, 8 May. Indulge in a sumptuous spread which includes Maine lobsters, spanner crabs, whole Norwegian salmon, truffle-scented lobster risotto, wok-fried glazed veal spare ribs in spicy oriental sauce with sesame seeds and live herbal prawns in superior broth.
Guests can also look forward to the decadent dessert counter with handcrafted sweet treats such as pink raspberry chocolate tarts with wild berries coulis, duo mango baked cheesecake with passion mango mousse and citrus honey gateaux.
In addition to the magnificent feast, mothers can look forward to receiving cupcakes and creating precious memories at the Carousel photo booth during lunch, high tea and dinner meal periods. Guests can take the photos home for mementos of the occasion.
To celebrate the special occasion, guests also stand to win lucky draw prizes. Three sets of lunch vouchers for two worth S$155 per set, three sets of dinner vouchers for two worth $200 per set and a grand prize of 2D1N weekend staycation at Royal Plaza on Scotts’ Royal Club Premiere Suite with breakfast and dinner for four at Carousel worth S$1,400 are to be won. The grand draw will be held on Monday, 9 May.
The Mother’s Day special will be available during lunch from 12pm to 2pm at $70++, high tea from 3.30pm to 5.30pm at $55++ and dinner from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at $86++. Prices are subject to prevailing government taxes and 10% service charge.
