SINO SCENE CHINESE RESTAURANT @ SWISS GARDEN RESIDENCES KUALA LUMPUR

March 17, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

From the moment you enter into the inviting surrounding of Sino Scene, a brand new holistic culinary journey awaits! Located at Level 6, Swiss-Garden Residences Kuala Lumpur, Sino Scene is a restaurant that offers an infusion of modern and classic Hong Kong and Szechuan cuisine menu.

Greeted with a smile and sitting down enjoying the lovely oldies is indeed making me back to my parents’ younger days. Reminiscing the oldies while enjoying the absolute good food.

About Chef Alex
Chef Alex brings more than 20 years of international experience to his role as he started to work as a kitchen helper for a Chinese restaurant in Johor Bahru. After having extensive experience in the kitchen, he decided to further his skill and knowledge and pursue his dream to be a chef. After expanding his experience for seven years as Chef de Partie in Brunei, Chef Alex came back to Malaysia and worked with several hotels and resorts including Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) as a Banquet Chinese Chef. Then he continues his journey at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur as a Chinese Chef before moving to Zhejiang, China as an Executive Head Chef (Asian Cuisine) for a year.
