“Double Happiness” Dim Sum Menu
A survey conducted by healthyD last year revealed Hong Kong citizens consume about 400 million “siu mai” (pork dumplings) a year. Steamed shrimp dumplings and barbecue pork buns are also on the top dim sum list. The diversity of dim sum ensures that you will find something everybody loves and it is a perfect gathering option for family and friends during weekends and holidays.
Nearly 30 types of pan-fried, steamed, deep-fried and baked dim sum are awaiting your favourite selection on our “Double Happiness” menu. Just pick one and the second one is on us! Do not miss our indigenous Quail egg with minced shrimp and pork steamed dumplings, a traditional dim sum rarely found in the city. Be mesmerized with Shrimp and crabmeat deep-fried toast, the crispy texture and the juicy shrimp and crabmeat paste will have you ordering for seconds in no time. Rice roll sautéed with superior soya sauce is another irresistible highlight with a crispy pan-fried roll filled with sweet soy sauce.
The “Double Happiness” dim sum menu is available from now till 27 March 2016, on Sundays and public holidays, from 11 a.m. onwards, priced from HK$ 58 onwards with 6 sets of dim sum for selection.
