CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH YONG SHENG COOKIES

For those who are looking for an affordable cookies with the quality ingredient, Yong Sheng is one of my choices. I have been a loyal customer of Yong Sheng since 5 years ago where I remember I am tempted with all their lovely cookies and design. Some of a must to buy for me is their pineapple tarts, and their kuih kapit when they first started and now they have a variety to go for.
About Yong Sheng
Yong Sheng Confectionery Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1952 in Muar, Johor. Today, we are the market leader of confectionery manufacturer in Malaysia that specialize in the production of premium quality pastry products (eg. egg yolk pies, wife biscuits, tambun biscuits, pineapple cakes…), wedding & full moon gift sets, moon cakes, new year cookies, festive hampers and cakes.
Packaging for Yong Sheng is very attractive. Comes simply classical with the Nyonya ladies on their tin cans.  Not only that, the tin covers are beautifully and carefully carved with photographs symbolizing the new year. Each cookies tin designs comes simply unique and it is well crafted symbolizing the new ear.
What I love about the cookies is they are packed in an air-tight, resealable plastic bag maintains its freshness for that perfect crunch in every bite.
Carnival Pineapple Cookies (凤梨酥)
The cookies comes awesomely good; it is always my personal favorites and I usually buy them a lot and ended I am munching them when I am watching movies. The pineapple cookies are well done and perfect where it brings you with the melt in the mouth sensation. Nice and good.  Aside from their Carnival Pineapple Cookies, I am also a fans of their Cranberry Pineapple Cookies. Those who prefer some cheesy bites can get the Cheese Pineapple Cookies instead.
 
Green Pea Cookies ( 招财翡翠) 
Using the premium quality of green peas, the green pea cookies comes simply fragrant and filled with the green pea taste. It is also crunchy and brings you with the melt in the mouth sensation.
 
Cashewnut Cookies (吉祥腰果酥)
The cashewnut cookies is well toasted till perfection leaving you with the crunchy bites of the cookies. Aromatic nuts with it, I love the texture of the cashewnut cookies and the lovely heart shape of it.
Macadamia Nuts Cookies (金枝玉葉)
The Macadamia Nuts Cookies scores a great marks too. Fragrant and filled with the nutty taste in it.
Almond Cookies (杏仁酥)
The almond cookies is different from many others we had eaten. Using the pure ingredient, you can taste the flaky texture of the almond itself. Nice one.
