MEZZA9 @ GRAND HYATT MACAU

October 20, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Inspired by the award-winning mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore, mezza9 Macau at Grand Hyatt Macau, one of the top restaurants in Macau, continues the distinction of offering guests a distinctive dining experience amid the theatrical show kitchen.

In offering a multifaceted food selection that appeals to the broad tastes of our guests, mezza9 Macau has designed a menu that incorporates different dining experiences in one location: Macanese; grill; sushi and sashimi; wok; steam basket; delicatessen; Pâtisserie; bar and wine cellar. All of these take place in an environment that will dazzle your taste buds and leave the rest of your senses wanting more.

“Gei Hor Bai Toey”: MOP$ 158.00
The  chicken is well marinated with
We started off with some Thao Sensation which is the “Gei Hor Bai Toey: which is another name for Pandan Chicken. Remains at its juiciness, the dish is absolutely a good one with the bouncy chicken meat together with the fragrant.

Tord Mun Goong (MOP158)
The great indulgence indeed with their prawn cake which is well deep fried till perfection and served together with their sweet and sour sauce with it. Nicely done and amazingly good.

Mezza 9 Macau Salad (MOP 168)
The bowl of hearty salad comes with the grenies and pork bites in it. Served together with the generous amout of mixed lettuce, rocket salad, cabbage, slice mushroom and also pinenuts.

Caldo Verde (MOP 98)
The delicious portugese green soup comes with the creamy blend of taste and it is give us a flavourful note.

Arroz de Pato A Macaense (MOP 188)
The Macanese version of duck rice is simply unique.  Cooked with the duck meat and blood in it; the rice is then being baked. The taste is pretty unique.

Galinha a’ Africana (MOP 278)
A unique dish indeed; the baby chicken is imported from French is being cooked with the creamy blend of curry, and glazed with the gratted coconut. The meat remains tender as it is .

Seasonal Fruits on Ice
Ended with the Seasonal Fruits on Ice where it comes with the kiwi, rambutan, blueberry, dragon fruit and watermelon.

Mezza9 is indeed a great place for great meal and their service is superbly good. I am just loving everything from here. Hope I can have more time in Macau and exploring the hotel.
