DELECTABLE BUFFETS TO CELEBRATE MALAYSIA’S INDEPENDENCE AND FORMATION @ CHATZ BRASSERIE , PARKROYAL KL

Celebrate Malaysia’s independence and formation with a variety of Malaysian flavours and international favourites at the ‘58th Merdeka Celebration Premium Buffet Lunch’ and ‘Malaysia Day Buffet Lunch’ at Chatz Brasserie.

On Merdeka Day, look forward to main dishes such as Pulut Kuning Balls with Chicken Curry, Kupang Masak Berlada, Ketam Lemak Cili Padi Bernenas and Chatz Brasserie’s famous Chicken Rice. International favourites include Seafood Thermidor and Whole Roasted Lamb with Garlic Herb and Mint Sauce. For dessert, Chocolate Lava Cake, Apple Pie, Chinese Egg Tart and Pengat Pisang are among the choices to sweeten your taste buds.

To celebrate Malaysia Day, feast on a range of specialities from the 14 states of Malaysia. Highlights from the northern states include Ikan Pekasam Kuala Perlis, Kari Udang Berterung Kuala Kedah, Penang Assam Laksa and Char Kway Teow. Nasi Kerabu Kelantan from the east coast and the southern cuisine of Daging Salai Lemak Negeri Sembilan, Ikan Bakar Umbai and Ikan Merah Asam Pedas Melaka and Sup Tulang Johor are among the available dishes. An international favourite, the juicy Whole Roasted Lamb with Rosemary Gravy and Mint Sauce enhances your dining experience.

For a taste of local beverages, Bandung Soda Johor and Air Mata Kucing Petaling Street are among the available choices, together with Kek Lapis Sarawak, Ais Kacang, Cendol and Tiramisu Cake for dessert.
The ‘58th Merdeka Celebration Premium Buffet Lunch’ is available on 31 August 2015, while the ‘Malaysia Day Buffet Lunch’ is available on 16 September 2015, both from 12:30pm to 4:00pm. They are priced at RM78 nett for 1 person, RM128 nett for 2 persons, RM188 nett for 3 persons and RM240 nett for 4 persons. If you are in a group of 5 to 10 persons, a savings of 20% is extended.

These buffets include unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks. With a top-up of RM48 nett per person, enjoy 3 glasses of wine or beer with your lunch.
