CHERISH THE WONDERFUL MOMENT ON MOTHER’S DAY AT HARBOUR RESTAURANT

Mother’s Day is approaching! It is a perfect time to reward your beloved mom for her love and devotion. Show your appreciation to her by celebrating at Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview where a range of luxurious feasts are specially prepared.

Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet, available on 9 and 10 May, incorporates 7 kinds of fresh and seasonal crabs from all around the world to showcase the tantalizing sweetness of crabs. Highlighted dishes are Crabmeat and Watermelon Salad with Chrysanthemum Jam, Baked Korean Rice Pudding with Crab Roe and Cheese, Green Crab Congee, Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Yuzu Kusho, Crabmeat and Cream Filo Tart and Stir-fried Crab with Chilli and Garlic. Also under the spotlights is the Assorted Seafood Platter. Hokkaido Hairy Crabs, Russian King Crab Legs and Japanese Zuwaigani Crabs are specially added to the sumptuous Assorted Seafood Platter in addition to the regular offerings including New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs, Canadian Snow Crab Legs and Razor Clams. Besides the luscious crab specialties, other hot picks are Sashimi and Sushi Counter and Grill Counter. The former serves 7 selections of sashimi sliced on-the-spot, including Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam and Herring, while the latter offers various aromatic choices prepared a-la-minute by our chefs, such as Grilled Taiwanese Sausage, Grilled Minute Steak and Grilled Lamb Chop. Furthermore, 2 exquisite delights, Fish Maw and Black Bone Chicken Soup and Seared Foie Gras are exclusively added to Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet. Besides, each patron will be offered a complimentary dish of Fried Egg White with Bird’s Nest when patronizing the dinner buffet on both nights, all of the dishes are sure to pamper your mother’s palate with their tempting tastes.

Do remember to round off the meal with our seductive desserts. The most irresistible dessert must be MOVENPICK Ice cream from Switzerland, 8 flavours are now ready for ice cream lovers. For homemade desserts, French Lemon Pie, Mango Yogurt Terrine Cake, Blueberry Crumble Cheesecake, Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée and Portuguese Egg Tart are our recommendations, sweets aficionados are definitely hard to resist any of them. Other sweet offerings such as Chocolate Parfait, Waffle, Classical Cotton Candy, Chocolate Fountain and more are also delicately prepared to offer you a delightful dining experience.

Apart from dinner buffet, Mother’s Day Lunch Buffet is also delicately served at Harbour Restaurant. On Mother’s Day and Eve, Minced Chicken Thick Soup with Bird’s Nest is specially introduced in the lunch buffet, while New Zealand Oysters are also exclusively added to Seafood Platter on 10 May to tempt your mother’s palate.

To cherish this special day, we have prepared an array of special privileges for lunch or dinner buffet on Mother’s Day and Eve. Firstly, all mothers will receive one carnation which symbolizes thankfulness and blessing. Secondly, instant photo shooting service will be available for you to capture the memorable moment with your family. Thirdly, guests will enjoy free flow of selected soft drinks and beer. Besides, each mother will receive a piece of beautiful charmed bracelet when patronizing dinner buffet on 10 May. What’s more, early bird offer is available on lunch buffet and dinner buffet on 9 and 10 May. Patrons who make reservation with full payment on or before 4 May 2015 will enjoy waiver of 10% service charge on the buffets.
