SHAMA SUKHUMVIT BANGKOK

The first flagship property outside Greater China, Shama Sukhumvit marks the expansion of the superior serviced apartment offering in a number of gateway cities in Asia.

The property features 90 modern serviced apartments comprising 20 one-bedroom, 42 two-bedroom, and 28 three-bedroom units. The apartments are stylishly furnished and well-equipped with modern amenities, featuring customised Shama slumber bed, THANN amenities, DVD player with USB ports, Sony Hi-Fi audio system, iPhone docking station with speaker and alarm clock, Electrolux washer and dryer, LCD Television with international programming, fully-equipped kitchen with appliances, private balcony and bathrooms with a separate shower and bathtub.

Shama Sukhumvit offers state-of-the-art facilities including the Shama Rooftop – an outdoor salt water swimming pool with a kid’s pool, a well-equipped children’s play area, a tropical garden with BBQ facilities as well as a fitness centre with a yoga and a meditation room. Shama Den provides its younger tenants a mini portable golf, Wii and PlayStation 2 with a selection of popular games while Shama Relax consists of a lounge and a business centre. At Shama Café tenants and their guests can enjoy the relaxed homely atmosphere only offered by Shama Sukhumvit.

Location 
The property is situated in the heart of Bangkok, Sukhumvit Soi 2, close to both the business district and some of the city’s most popular tourist attractions, providing an ideal short or long term accommodation option for families, tourists and business tenants. Shama Sukhumvit is nearby a BTS Skytrain Ploenchit station access and located just a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International and Don Muang Airports.
