SHARE THE LOVE AT CHATZ BRASSERIE’S ‘VALENTINE’S DAY SEAFOOD BUFFET DINNER’

Celebrate the day of love with a fresh array of seafood treasures at Chatz Brasserie at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur. While showing appreciation towards your partner, spend quality time experiencing your favourite dishes together.

Encounter an endless variety of marine harvest namely, clam, black mussel, grilled seafood ranging from stingray, fish fillet, and salmon head, jacket fish, as well as shellfish such as slipper lobster and oyster. The Crab Tartar with Potato Floss and Jellied Tomato Jus, Seared Crusted Tuna and Smoked Mackerel Platter and Japanese Mini Octopus and Mussel Salad on Carrot and Cucumber Pickle are among the appetisers and salads that are available.

At the a la minute counter, get our chefs to quickly whip up a Crab and Oyster Omelette. Main dishes such as Pan-seared Cod Fillet with Creamy White Part Leek Stew, Oyster Thermidor, Latche Squid, Sichuan Prawn Peppercorn, Oxtail Asam Pedas and Siput Lemak Keladi provide diners with a more extensive range of seafood.

The ‘Valentine’s Day Seafood Buffet Dinner’ is available on 14 February 2015 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, priced at RM258 nett per couple. Included in this buffet is a Cupid’s Mocktail or

Cocktail and a stalk of rose for the lady.
