THREE NIGHTS OF SEAFOOD TO WOW DINERS AT LEMON GARDEN CAFE, SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR

August 22, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur’s Lemon Garden Cafe invites guests to experience a tantalising buffet spread of fresh premium seafood with its Deep-Blue Seafood Night promotion for three nights – on Thursday, Friday and  Saturday.

This bountiful buffet spread features Alaskan king crab, lobsters, oysters, yabbies, clams, scallops, black mussels, green lip mussels and prawns – a selection of a compelling blend of Asian and international epicurean seafood.

The seafood and sushi counter’s cold section offers fresh seafood draped over ice and accompanied by such condiments as coriander and chilli soy dressing, cocktail sauce, Tabasco, and lemon and lime wedges.

Alaskan king crab is also used in a salad with capsicum, coriander and lime in the appetisers section. Other dishes here that highlight the harvest from the sea include Seafood Terrine with Pickles, Salmon Gravlax with Herbs and Honey Sauce and Smoked Tenggiri with Roasted Artichoke and Sundried Tomato.

In the hot section, guests can find Oven-Baked Whole Grouper with Herbs and Lemon, Citrus Salsa Verde and Beurre Blanc.  A live cooking station showcases appetising Spicy Chilli Black Mussels, among other seafood.

To top off the delectable dining experience, global epicureans can also enjoy the Indian and Malay section, where they can find delicious Ketam Goreng Berempah (Deep-Fried Crab with Spices), Whole Baked Red Snapper with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Ketam Masak Lemak (Flower Crab in Turmeric Sauce).

The Deep-Blue Seafood Night on Thursday is priced at RM125++ for adults and RM62.50++ for children. On Friday and Saturday the dinner is RM140++ for adults and RM70++ for children.

Lemon Garden Cafe is open for dinner daily from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.  For enquiries or reservations, please contact Restaurant Reservations on (6 03) 2074 3900 or email [email protected].
