MORGANFIELD’S TO SATIATE MORE PALATES WITH GREAT RIBS IN MALAYSIA

Morganfield’s™, famous for its signature Sticky Bones, is moving in rapid pace to satiate the palates of pork ribs lovers with the opening of its much bigger and more entertaining 4th outlet at eCurve, Malaysia. Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Morganfield’s™, Dr. Jeffrey Goh, was on hand to launch this fourth outlet under the event theme of ‘Cowboy Ribfest’, together with renowned local celebrities here at eCurve, Mutiara Damansara, today.

Started in 2012, Morganfield’s™, the ‘Home of Sticky Bones™’ currently has 5 outlets in Malaysia, namely Pavilion (KL), Gurney Paragon (Penang), Queensbay Mall (Penang), eCurve (Mutiara Damansara) and Publika (Solaris Dutamas). Not just that, it also has another outlet in Star Vista, Singapore.

The dining experience at Morganfield’s™ is known to be unique. Each Morganfield’s™ outlet features a special element on its own to distinguish one from another. For example, its Gurney Paragon outlet has a magnificent sea view to enhance patrons’ al-fresco dining experience. Whereas, the furniture at Morganfield’s™ are tastefully selected to give the ambiance a distinctive Native American characteristic. Among them include long tables and benches which can sit up to 10 persons, making it perfect for family and friends gatherings. The place also comes with a full bar, specially designed for drinkers who enjoy a drink or two and an al fresco dining area for diners. All furniture were mixed and matched to give their outlets a rustic, retro, raw and yet elegant look. No wonder Morganfield’s™ guests are spoilt for choices when it comes to choosing their favorite dining place.

For this 4th outlet and by far the biggest Morganfield’s outlet in Malaysia, Morganfield’s™ eCurve has incorporated a stage for live band performance, whereby patrons not only get to taste sumptuous food under a cozy ambiance but also enjoy great music performed by in-house band on every Friday and Saturday night. This 6,000 sq. ft. outlet features a 2-storey dining area that could accommodate up to 250-300 patrons at any one time, with the second floor patio overlooking the stage.

And in conjunction with the launch of Morganfield’s™ fourth outlet here in Malaysia, more creations were added to the menu for patrons to savor upon. Among the new appetizing dishes include Spicy Asian BBQ Spare Ribs, the most preferred and highly voted new flavor by patrons during the brand’s last campaign, as well as two new flavors of baby back ribs, namely Jack Daniel’s Glazed Baby Back Ribs and Jim Beam Apricot Baby Back Ribs. And to live up to its ribs expert title, Morganfield’s™ now serves lamb ribs too! With baby back ribs and lamb ribs being permanently listed on the ala-carte menu, patrons can now enjoy a wider selection of ribs making it truly ‘THE Place For Ribs’.
All ribs at Morganfield’s™ are imported and have to go through painstaking hours of cooking process before being served to customers. Also, Morganfield’s™ uses non-conventional cooking method and uncommon ingredients to spice up the dishes. Among some of the unique items include Beer Battered Fish Fillets, Tequila Spiked Chicken, Smokin’ Duck Salad and Tacos. At Morganfield’s™, apart from the signature Sticky Bones™, there are a whole lot more scrumptious dishes to choose from, ranging from juicy steaks and burgers, fresh and succulent seafood, poultries, delectable appetizers and crispy salads.

According to Dr. Jeffrey Goh, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Morganfield’s™, “We at Morganfield’s™ are grateful to have gained much support from our patrons over the years since our establishment in 2012. In less than 2 years, we have grown to be the number one pork ribs expert in the region with 5 outlets in Malaysia and 1 in Singapore. Without them, we will never be who we are today. Therefore in appreciation for their unremitting support, we strive to continuously improve ourselves and pamper our patrons with more innovatively good food and dining experience.”

“As part of our expansion plans, we target to establish 2 to 3 more new outlets in Malaysia and Singapore this year to serve the appetite of ribs lovers from across these two nations,” he added.

The restaurant opens daily from 11am till late and accepts all major credit cards. With the rapidly growing expansion plans in the pipeline for both Malaysia and Singapore region, more and more people will get to taste the best that Morganfield’s™ has to offer.
