LOVE AT FIRST KOREAN BARBEQUE : ROMANCE A LOVED ONE ON VALENTINE’S DAY WITH A MEANT-FOR-TWO BULGOGI BROTHERS BARBEQUE MENU FROM RM120.00++

February 10, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Looking to indulge a loved one this Valentine’s Day? Why not “meat” up and speak of love and romance over a specially-crafted barbeque meal-for-two at Malaysia’s popular South Korean restaurant, Bulgogi Brothers.

Dazzle your date with a 5-course dining experience featuring unique combinations of flavourful contemporary South Korean fare from RM120++ for two, which includes a mouth-watering Bulgogi Brothers Platter appetizer of scrumptious seafood dumplings, delectable spicy chicken skewer and tofu with chicken; a choice of one signature BBQ dish, two savoury stews of Chicken Kimchi, an aromatic stew of spicy kimchi with poultry, tofu and rice cakes; and Seafood featuring a mini cauldron of slow cooked soybean stew with fresh shrimps, crabs and vegetables; and a choice of one Korean style noodle to end the ultimate gastronomer’s fantasy.

Dining lovebirds can choose to have either the Spicy Chicken Bulgogi or Bulgogi Brothers Special for the BBQ portion of the set. Spicy Chicken Bulgogi features juicy chicken thighs marinated in special spicy Bulgogi sauce and served with a side of fresh vegetables and Korean rice cakes for the extra kick and burst of flavour.

The Bulgogi Brothers Special, the crowning glory of the special menu, on the other hand offers an assortment of Unyangsik and Gwangyangsik Bulgogi, a special combination of hand-pressed heart-shaped and thinly-sliced seasoned beef in the style of the Southern provinces. Explore new gastronomic depths with heart-shaped beef bulgogi that is expertly grilled before your eyes and savoured with tantalizing homemade unyang sauce. The Unyangsik Bulgogi perfectly encompasses Bulgogi Brothers’ individual identity and is extremely popular amongst female diners and couples on Valentine’s Day.

For the noodle portion of the Valentine’s Day set menu, diners can select from a choice of either the Pan Fried Glass Noodles, featuring a hearty platter of pan-fried glass noodles with beef, onions and bell peppers with soy sauce dressing or Korean Party Noodles, a delightful celebration noodle dish served in anchovy broth and garnished with julienned zucchini, seaweed, kimchi and eggs.

Bulgogi Brothers’ Valentine’s Day barbeque set menu for two serves as a perfect introduction to the vast collection of flavours, tastes and textures that Bulgogi Brothers is renowned for. At RM120.00++, diners get value for their money with a good choice of Bulgogi Brothers’ signature dishes served in a warm and cosy environment by friendly, professionally-trained staff.  The Valentine’s Day barbeque set menu is available for dinner.
