Started of with the Salmon Salad where the fresh salmon cut is mixed with the ebiki, spring roll, sesame seed as well as cucumber in it, The sweet and soury blend of the salad makes it very appetixzing where Chef had added the squeeze of lemon into the salad. Aside, chef also added the spicy sauce known as Sriracha sauce imported all the way from America in to the salad which brings up a light spiciness in it.

Next is the sashimi. This round we had the freshly made sashimi which amazingly delicious. The freshly made sashimi from 2 fish which is Tobiuo and Kinki.

Kinki with the pale flash meat leaving the juicy and tender flesh is just superb. The fish gives a sweet taste from the meat itself. As the meat is slightly pale, chef had added with the gold leaf to makes the color more appetizing. It is just superbly fresh and delicious.

As for the Tobiou ( flying fish), it is also very fresh but the meat is to the softer version compare to kinki. It is perfectly cutted into slices and the freshness of the meat is there.
Price: Seasonal

Next we had the Kani Chawanmushi. The Japanese Steam Egg with Crabmeat is perfectly well made. The chawnamushi is made fresh 2 times a day to ensure the freshness of the steam egg itself. The strings of crabmeats, kanikama as well as mushroom on top of it. I love the silky chawanmushi and the smooth texture of the egg itself. Superb!

If you are a pork lover, do try their BBQ King Pork Ribs. Then it is then being charcoal-grilled with a mixture of plum sauce, honey, soya sauce and vinegar. Succulent and tender juicy meat with its flavorful sauce is sinfully delicious.
