HNG Capital Sdn Bhd acquired the hotel building in 2016. For many years, it was known as The Northam All Suite Hotel, once regarded as one of Penang’s finest luxury hotels. In 2020, the Group embarked on a complete transformation through a major renovation and rebranding exercise.
