Authentic Si Chuan Hotpot Buffet FROM RM 138 nett per person @ SiChuan Kitchen, Four Points by Sheraton KLCC

May 10, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

If you’re an avid enthusiast of hotpot dining, Sichuan Kitchen at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a must-visit destination that promises an unforgettable culinary adventure. During our recent visit, we were captivated by the warm hospitality and the tantalizing array of dishes that awaited us.

Stepping into Sichuan Kitchen, we were greeted by the friendly staff and ushered to our table in a cozy and inviting setting. The restaurant’s ambiance exuded a welcoming charm, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience.

Indulge in Premium Soup Bases

One of the highlights of our meal was selecting from the five enticing soup bases offered at Sichuan Kitchen. The choices of the soup includes the Sichuan Mala, Abalone, Truffle Mushroom, Tomato and Coconut Chicken Soup. We opted for the bold and spicy Sichuan Mala broth, which delivered a fiery kick, as well as the indulgent Abalone broth that boasted a rich and savory flavor profile.

The buffet spread at Sichuan Kitchen was a feast for the senses, featuring an extensive selection of fresh seafood and premium cuts of meat. From succulent scallops and spicy sliced beef to tender lamb leg slices and flavorful chicken luncheon meat, every item was of exceptional quality.

A standout feature of the buffet was the homemade paste section, where we savored shrimp paste, fish paste, and squid paste—all crafted in-house and bursting with flavor. Additionally, the assortment of meatballs, including fishballs, Fuzhou fish balls, cuttlefish balls, and beef balls, provided a delightful complement to the hotpot experience.

Seafood enthusiasts will revel in the variety of offerings at Sichuan Kitchen. From barramundi fillet and ocean prawns to crab, red snapper fillet, mussels, squids, octopus, and snapper lobster, the seafood spread was extensive and impeccably fresh.

To enhance our hotpot creations, we enjoyed selecting from a range of noodles, vegetables, and mushrooms. These additions allowed us to customize our dishes and explore a myriad of flavor combinations.

Between bites of our hotpot delights, we sampled Sichuan cold dishes that perfectly complemented the meal. The refreshing and appetizing appetizers were a delightful prelude to the main course.

To conclude our feast, we indulged in unlimited fruits, Sichuan ice jelly, herbal jelly, herbal tea, and fruit juice. Each beverage and dessert provided a refreshing and satisfying conclusion to our dining experience.

For those seeking a delectable and pork-free hotpot experience in Kuala Lumpur, Sichuan Kitchen at Four Points by Sheraton City Centre offers a culinary journey like no other. The combination of exceptional dishes, attentive service, and inviting ambiance ensures a memorable dining experience for all.

Pricing

The Hotpot Buffet at Sichuan Kitchen is priced at RM 168 nett per person on Fridays and Saturdays (6 pm – 10 pm) and RM 138 nett per person on Sundays (12 pm – 3 pm). Plan your visit and prepare to immerse yourself in the ultimate hotpot feast!
