To start our dining experience at Ippudo Pearl Point, we indulged in their Kushiyaki selection. This menu offers a wide range of grilled skewers, each with its own delectable combination of flavors. Among the options available, we tried the Tomato Yaki, where cherry tomatoes were carefully wrapped with slices of pork belly. This combination of sweet tomato and savory pork belly created a delightful harmony of tastes. Aside from the Tomato Yaki, there are numerous other options to choose from, such as the Grilled Button Mushroom, Nininiku (garlic chicken skewer), Grilled Okra, Avocado Bacon, Kani Tofu (crab tofu), and Buta Bara (pork belly).
