It’s the best time of day to measure your body composition – in the morning, right after you’ve visited the bathroom, before you exercise, eat, drink or take a shower. Your Galaxy Watch5 helps you monitor Body Composition  with a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis sensor that measures everything, from body fat percentage to skeletal muscle weight. For example, you can create calories deficit to lose weight and monitor your protein intake for muscle building purposes. This is also part of of achieving your body composition goals.

3:00pm – Time to monitor your BP & ECG

The day wears on, it starts to get hectic, and you feel stress rising. You take a short breather and tap your watch to measure your blood pressure and ECG. Built with Photoplethysmogram (PPG) and ECG sensors, you can measure your systolic and diastolic pressure, pulse rate, and electrical signals produced by your heart. This data is recorded in the Samsung Health Monitor Blood Pressure app  and Samsung Health Monitor ECG app . You know the importance of tracking BP and ECG readings regularly and getting counsel from qualified healthcare professionals, so beyond going for your usual check-ups, the Galaxy Watch5 is now your personal fitness monitoring device that complements your visits to the physician.

10:00pm – Time for mindfulness and meditation

It’s 10pm now and you’re preparing to wind down for the day. You open the Samsung Health app, select ‘Discover’, and tap ‘Mindfulness.’ From there you can select guided meditation programs, Sleep Stories, and a wide selection of relaxing music.
