If you’re looking for a place to indulge in some delicious Ramadhan delights, then Quan at Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown is definitely worth a visit. This year, Quan’s Kitchen has announced its collaboration with celebrity Chef Naem Ramli to bring you a unique Chinatown-inspired twist on traditional Ramadhan dishes. With signature specialties like Ikan Botok-Botok, Asam Rebus Daging Panggang, Udang Rendang Hijau, and more, you’ll definitely be coming back for seconds.

The buffet starts with a wide variety of kerabu to choose from, featuring a vast array of ulam-ulaman. Some of the signature dishes include kerabu mangga, seafood kerabu, kerabu ikan bilis dan betik muda, urap kacang panjang bunga kantan, kerabu ayam panggang betik muda, and many more. Together with the kerabu, you’ll also have a variety of ulam-ulaman and sambal to choose from, making it the perfect way to start your meal.

The signature Nasi Briyani with Daging Panggang is definitely not to be missed, especially for those who love a hearty meat dish. Seafood lovers will also be in for a treat with the seafood on ice, featuring a variety of fresh seafood that’s sure to satisfy your cravings.

For those who love a good satay, the buffet has that too, along with other dishes like Gulai Telur Itik Lemak Cili Api, Sambal Udang Petai, and Lemang. But the star of the show is definitely the variety of Gulai Kawah dishes, featuring Gulai Kari Udang, Daging, and many more to choose from.

Last but not least, the dessert selection is definitely worth saving some room for. With a wide variety of local and international kuih to choose from, along with goreng-goreng like fried banana fritters and Nangka, you’ll definitely be able to satisfy your sweet tooth. Don’t forget to try their signature teh tarik, which is a must-try.

The Quan The Quan’s Bazar Selera buffet will run daily from 23 rd March to 21 st April 2023, from 6:30 PM until 10:30 PM. Priced at RM148+ per adult, the buffet will offer a wide variety of tantalizing dishes, including Chef Naem’s signature creations. For those who make a reservation before 22 nd March 2023, there will be an exclusive early bird special price of RM118+ per adult. Young children below age 6 dine for free. Children between ages 6 to 12 and senior citizens age 60 and above enjoy 50% off. Not valid with other discounts and offers.
