The buffet spread comes with the vast variety where one can start enjoy their awesome Classic Dulang Compose Kerabu that comes with the good selection of Kerabu such as the Kerabu Chicken Fuseli Pasta, Kerabu Kaki Ayam Cili Padi, Kerabu Mangga Berperut Lembu, Kerbu Smoked Salman Buah Delima, Gado Gado Ketam Kuit Lembut and many more.
Dig in into their scrumptious HOT dishes such as the Fish Head Curry, Briyani Rice with Chicken, Vegetable Dhal, Aloo Gobi, Bindi Do Pyaza, Chicken Tandoori with Skewer, and many more. Enjoy the awesome dishes and paired them with the flavourful condiments such as the Lime Pickle, Mango Pickle, Raita, Mint Yogurt, Mint Chutney and others.
Asides from that, they do have grilled station too. In here, one can enjoy the signature Panggang membara as well as Kambing Golek Berempah, Kuzi Bersama Nasi Briyani, Beef Shin Rendang, Baked Whole King Red Snapper with Spicy Percik Sauce and others.
They also have the awesome Oriental tastebuds that offer you with their signature dishes such as the Duck Rice with Scalllion, BBQ Chicken and Roasted Chicken, BBQ Chicken and Roasted Duck complements with their tasteful sauce, pastes and also the soup.
Not enough, they do have the Smoked and Salai Station where you can have the daging Salai, Ayam Salai, Ikan Keli Salai to Siput Sedut. They do alos wide variety of Indian Delicacies, Seafood On Ice, Kid’s Favourite Corner and also their well-known bubur lambuk and flavourful delights from their buffet spread such as Seafood on Ice, sashimi and more!
