Jelly B: Your Healthy Solution

October 14, 2021 by StrawberrY Gal

Healthy living is one of the key in our lives now. And recently, a friend of mine recommended me the Jelly B Drinkable Konjac Jelly.

What Is Konjac Jelly

And for those who are not aware, Konjac Jelly  give you a great potential health benefits according to research. The konjac plant has a starchy root called a corm. This is high in a type of dietary fiber called glucomannan. Manufacturers use this part of the plant as a dietary supplement and in the production of high fiber flour and jellies.

And for Konjac Jelly, after processing, the konjac flour then can form a jelly or gum. This can serve as an alternative to gelatin, which people can use as a food thickener.

Benefits of Konjac Jelly

And Konjac Jelly brings you with several potential in health which includes :

❤️Diabetes management: Glucomannan made people with diabetes less likely to eat foods that could increase their blood sugar levels. This is because it made them feel fuller for longer.

❤️Weight Management : Glucomannan made from konjac may be beneficial for people who are looking to lose weight.

❤️Cholesterol: Having high cholesterol increases a person’s risk of heart disease and stroke. Doctors recommend water-soluble fiber to support healthy cholesterol levels and weight management.

❤️ Constipation : Taking a glucomannan supplement may help regulate bowel movements and prevent constipation.

❤️ Healthy skin: The glucomannan content may also help people looking to improve the health of their skin.

❤️ Wound healing: As well as supporting skin health, glucomannan may also help the body heal wounds more quickly.

And thanks to Jelly B. Recently, I have got some of the famous Korea JELLY B Drinkable Konjac Jelly which is indeed very convenient. They are pack in tube and you can take it in your bags anywhere with you. And what’s more they are really convenient, if you could not finish it, you can keep it and redrink them later when you need it.

Asides from that, Jelly B comes with the natural fruit flavours more with the low calories dietery fiber with juice up features.  They comes with 8 choices of flavours such as mango, blueberry, lychee, apple, grapes, peach, watermelon and more.

The drinks are really soothing and easy to drink with the nice hint of fruits in it! In here, one can enjoy the natural taste of fruits flavours in it . Not just that, they comes with low calories which is between 5-7 Kcal.

You can now purchase them at major hypermarket such as Jaya Grocer.
