Curate @ Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

November 6, 2020 by StrawberrY Gal

It is always a pleasure to enjoy great meals at Curate at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Located just next to KLCC, Curate recently revamp their Menu and one can try their awesome ala-carte menu.

Mussels Asiano (RM 56)

One of the must try menu at Curate. The Mussels Asiano is heavenly where the generous portion of mussels is beautifully steamed with Coconut, lemongrass, Chilis and the aromatic thai basil. The dish is superb with the appetizing broth and completed with the hint of spiciness in it.

Roasted Hokkaido Scallop (RM68)

One can enjoy their lovely Hokkaido Scallop which comes simply pulpy and they are cooked with the smoked paprika crust, cauliflower puree, green mango sauce and the mustard oil in it. The dish is so nice and once a bite you can taste the umami seafood taste in it!

Signature Seafood Nasi Lemak (RM108)

This is so good!  and it is a must to try here! The Nasi Lemak comes with the Sabah Lobster, Scallop, Mussels, Prawn Sambal, Quill Egg, Cucumber, ikan bilis, Peanuts , Fish Crackers, and the Fragrant Coconut Rice. The portion are generous and everything is well match which each other. They are so nice that I would definitely come back again .

MB 6 Wagyu  Ribeye (RM338)

This is heavenly. The 300g of the Wagyu Ribeye is beautifully seasoned with the SarawakPepper Crust and they and served with the Serunding Buttered Potato Wedges, Roasted Black garlic Butter and Kangkung Gratin. The ribeye comes awesomely good and each mouthful is heavenly. Love it so much!

Tropical Fruit Platter (RM32)

And finally, we have a nice fruit platter to end our meals where thy are served with their choice of fruits together with honey comb and calamansi.

If you are looking for a great dining experience, Curate @ Four Seasons is the place to go for! For more information, checkout : https://www.fourseasons.com/
