Coco Steamboat Unveils Its Latest Outlet in The Scott Garden, Old Klang Road

Being one of the pioneer steamboat restaurants in town, Coco Steamboat had recently opened their largest outlet at Scott Garden, Old Klang Road. With the 22,600 square feet restaurant, now one can enjoy the delicious steamboat in air conditioned and also ample of parking space.

For those who are not aware, Coco Steamboat has been in the market for almost 15 years and they are one of the local home-grown hotpot brand in Malaysia. With the relaunched of it’s new outlet, one can now have a better dining experience with great food all in one place. Coco Steamboat started their first outlet in Cheras back in 2005 and expending their tails to Old Klang Road and Sungei Long as well.

And this time, we visited their outlet which is located at Old Klang Road which brings you with its one of the kind Pork Bone Broth base. The pork bone broth bas is a must to try here where the dish is passed down generation by generation from their family. This pork bone soup is cooked for 6-8 hours with charcoal fire ensuring you will enjoy this awesomely delicious soup. Asides from pork bone soup, one can also try other choices of soup such as the tomato soup and the nourishing fish head clear soup.


One can now enjoy your steamboat with the wide choices of ingredients such as their Mushroom Set, Squid, fish, Dumplings, Shunde Fried Bean Curd, Fresh Sliced Beef, Popo’s Stuffed Ginger Pork Ball, Popo’s Prawn Balls, tofu, homemade fish paste, fish balls, and many more.  Each of the items comes with premium ingredients and really good and delicious.

Asides from that, they do have some fried items that you can order to go along with your seafood. Some of the selections includes the Coco Signature Fried Dumpling,, Crispy Black Fungus with Vineger, Coco Signature Juicy Fried Pork and the Fried Prawn Curd Rolls. Each items comes amazingly good especially the Coco Signature Juicy Fried Pork is definitely a MUST to have!

And of course, never miss out their dipping sauce where they have 14 types of sauces to be mix and match together according to your tastebuds. Free Flow fruits are also available in the buffet too.


Coco Steamboat opens daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30am – 2:30pm and 5:30pm – 11:30pm, excluding alternate Monday’s in the month.
