Double Boiled Chicken Soup

And in here, one can enjoy the awesome dishes which are beautifully prepared by the chef. We started off with the hearty bowl of herbal soup which is boiled for hours. Each mouthful of the soup brings you with the aromatic touch of herbal and it is simply a nice and tummy warming bowl of goodness. And what’s more they are added with the abalone in it.

Next, we have chef’s signature roasted chicken. One can enjoy the deliciously prepared tender and juicy chicken which is sides with the crispy addictive crackers by the side. The dish is absolutely my favourite of the day!

Next comes their Steamed Tiger Grouper. One can enjoy the best of freshly steamed fish which is cooked together with their Supreme Soy Sauce. I am in love with the flaky meat of the tiger grouper and every mouthful comes heavenly.

And of course, we end our meal with delectable and fluffy lotus leaf rice. The rice is beautifully fried and packed with the aromatic flavours with loads of ingridients. Yummz

Ended our meal with the bowl of sweet chilled sea coconut with longan as well as their  ninko glutinous rice cakes blanketed in fried yam and stuffed with lotus paste.

Asides from the course meal,  one can also choose to have the Family Reunion Dinner on 24th January 2020 at the Dondang Sayang Coffee House from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm where you will be tantalised with traditional dishes and Yee Sang toasting sessions hosted by the hotel.
