Merry Making Time of the Year at Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Brings up the joyous month with the plentiful of offerings at Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. And this time, Nook will be bringing you a wide variety of choices of food to go for where one can savour the traditional and western Christmas classics with Nook’s specialty dishes of local favourites to complement the festive spread, prepared by the Hotel’s jolly new Chef de Cuisine, Mohd. Rais Effandi Zakaria, or as he is fondly called, Chef Rais.

Some of the highlights to go for includes the carving station featuring mouth-watering carnivorous dishes on a rotational menu, including Prime Rib with Thyme Sauce, Yorkshire Pudding and Garden Vegetables, Roasted Beef with Garlic Sauce, Roasted Lamb Leg with Home-baked Cocktail Potato, Mint and Black Pepper Sauce and Seabass En Papillote with Vegetables and Potato. 

And of course must have for Christmas is their Turkey where they will be available daily at the carving station on the carving wheel is Nook’s Roasted Brine Turkey with Bread Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Jam and Giblet Sauce. As a special for dinner on Christmas Eve, the Roasted Turkey will be dressed up with the added Brussel Sprouts with Smoked Duck Lardon.

Festive dinners can also sink their forks into the many traditional specials from the Western section. These traditional favourites include Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Pot Pie, Lamb and Mushroom Ragout, Seafood Lasagna, Black Mussel Aglio Olia, Shepherd’s Pie and Osso Buco a traditional Italian dish of veal shanks braised with vegetables and broth. 

You can go for their wide selections of appetisers where it features the cold cuts, salads, soups, cheese platter, antipasto corner, noodles counter, pizza specials, Malay, Chinese and Indian hot dishes, and a specially dressed up dessert selection.

Nook’s choice of sweet offerings this Christmas season will feature an assortment of sweet delicacies ranging from Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Vanilla Yule Log Cake, Minced Pie, Mixed Berry Pavlova, Pecan Nuts Tart, Salted Caramel Profiteroles, Cherry Pumpkin Clafoutis, Black Forest Shooter, Fruit Triffle, Christmas Pudding, Cranberry and Apple Pie, Chocolate Fountain with Condiments and more, all available on rotational basis for dinner.

Nook’s Christmas dinner buffet is available 6-30 December 2019 from 6:30pm till 10.30pm and is priced at RM118 nett per adult while Christmas Eve’s Buffet Dinner is priced at RM128 nett and Christmas Day’s lunch spread is priced at RM100 nett per adult. For dining
