The Murray, Hong Kong launches a full range of activities to celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, 12 May. Guests planning to pamper the lady who most deserves to be spoiled should look no further than the fantastic culinary and wellness treats at The Murray, Hong Kong.

 Culinary Delights

Popinjays is set to delight mums with delicious modern European treats and bubbles on Mother’s Day. Priced at HKD 698 per guest, the five-course brunch menu features meticulously sequenced gourmet dishes masterfully designed and exquisitely presented by Chef de Cuisine Didier Quennouelle. Not to be missed are Popinjays’ signature 65-Degree Slow-Cooked Farm Egg and Roasted King Pigeon. Guests can also opt for unlimited pours of champagnes for an additional HKD 290 per person. Every mum will receive a floral surprise and enjoy a set lunch on their return visit (minimum four persons) within the month of May with our compliments.

Priced at HKD 598 for adults and HKD 298 for children between 5 and 11, The Tai Pan brunch features a scrumptious spread of international favourites, from crisp salads and cold cuts to pasta prepared on the spot and carvery delicacies. The semi-buffet spotlights fresh air-flown seafood, including freshly shucked oysters, alongside a selection of hot specialties and main courses served at the table. Guests may opt for a special beverage package to enjoy unlimited pours of NV “R” de Ruinart Brut champagne at an additional HKD 298 per person. Every mum will enjoy a three-course dinner on their return visit (minimum two persons) within the month of May with our compliments.

Celebratory flair lingers at The Tai Pan as the restaurant continues to pamper mums with a decadent four-course dinner menu on the evening of Mother’s Day. At HKD 688 per person, the experience begins with a refreshing White Asparagus Salad, followed by the rich and flavourful Lobster Bisque and guests’ choice of main course – Grilled Wagyu Flank Steak and Baked White Miso Cod Fish, and ends on a sweet note with Ruby Chocolate and Almond Tart. Each table will receive a travel set of Grown Alchemist skin care products with our compliments.

Wellness at The Murray
