And this year, Five Sen5es presents 3 exquisite set of menus where one can have the alluring festive ala-carte items and enhanced dim sum brunch, offering you with the mix of traditional and modern signature creation.

We started off with the Baby Abalone Yee Sang with Jelly Fish. Tossed the Yee Sang with prosperity here where one can enjoy this fresh yee sang topped with the generous toppings together with the baby abalone and jellyfish.

Moving next, we have the Chef Tan’s Double Boiled Chicken Consommé with Sliced Fish Maw, Trumpet Shell and Ginseng. Enjoy the bowl of tummy warming clear soup to warm your tummy. The clear soup for hours and it is boiled with a mixture of herbs and nutritious ensure diners with a year of good health and beyond.

Don’t miss out their Deep-Fried Scallop with Cheese and Pumpkin Sauce for laughter. The Scallop comes simply pulpy and juicy which comes amazingly delicious. I love the great combination with the fusion twist.

The huge Steamed Sliced Giant Grouper with Black Fungus and Luffa Melon representing abundance is another one of the table favourites. The fish comes simply huge and fresh. The flaky texture with the aromatic seafood hint just perfects to our taste buds.

Steamed Eight Treasure Chicken
The Treasure Chicken is one of the crowd favourites too. The chicken is well marinated and wrapped in Lotus Leaf served in Dry Scallop Sauce calling for prosperity. It is being cooked for hours assuring the flavours are well absorbed into the chicken itself. The meat is so moist and have the fall of meat texture leaving us with a filling tummy.

Wolfberry and Fresh Mushroom with Seasonal Vegetable

Seafood Fried Rice with Seaweed
The seafood fried rice is indeed a great combination where they are beautifully stir-fried with the aromatic hint and fried together with the pluppy prawns and also topped with the generous ebiko on top. The delicious and yet filling rice to end our heavy meal.

Ends your meal with their Chinese New Year ‘Nian Gau’ Stuffed with Purple Sweet Potatoes
