Being fans of chips, we recently found some addictive chips that you will definitely addicted too. It is the Salted Egg Potato Chips. And we found this in The Gardens Mid Valley where we are tempted to get some once the first bites of it.

Created by TJ Tan; a Malaysian Chef who loves cooking. He had previously worked in the kitchens of Pan Pacific, Sheraton, Legends, Hyatt, Nikko hotel. Over the years, he had gained international exposure from culinary establishments in 9 countries such as Canada, USA, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. His vast expertise from different sectors of the culinary trade includes hotel coffee house, hotel banqueting, hotel fine dining, airline catering, hospital catering, food factory, independent & chain restaurants; and he is no stranger to cuisines such as Classical French, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian Fusion and Gastro Pub.
