Du Viet : Top 1 Vietnamese Restaurant in KL and Selangor

January 30, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a fans of Vietnamese Cuisine, Du Viet is definitely one of my favourites. Du Viet which is one of the pioneer Vietnamese Delights in town is perfectly your choice to go for.  “ Du Viet” means “Do Vietnamese” is already in the market since 2002.

The restaurant serves you with the wide spread of  pork-free, healthy and high quality Vietnamese cuisine using the traditional recipe originated from Hue, Central Vietnam. Not just that, Du Viet meals does not have any MSG or preservatives. And with this, you are assured that you get the quality meals.

And recently, Du Viet has been voted being the Top 1 Vietnamese Restaurant in KL and Selangor, in the recent survey done by TallyPress.com. And being that, they have the appreciation night for their supporters and fans.

For this Chinese New Year, Du Viet Comes up with their own version of prosperity toast with the twist of Vietnamese Style. Comes with 12 different ingredients and 4 delicious sauces. With this, you will comes up to have a good 12 months and 4 seasons of prosperity this year. Huat ah!! The 12 fresh ingredients are turnip, radish, pineapple, pomelo, bean sprout, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, cabbage, glass noodles, fresh prawns and herbs. While the 4 sauces are:
1. Spring (Fish and Lime)
2. Summer (Plum)
3. Autumn (Peanut)
4. Winter (Dry Roasted Condiments)

Hanoi-style Mixed Beef Noodles (“Pho Bo Dac Biet”)

Enjoy their signature pho here where they are using the imported tenderloin of beef fillet, tendon, beef balls, and stewed beef brisket in clear soup. The homey dishes is being cooked over 8-12 hours before serving to you. It brings you the light and clear broth. Delicious!

Hanoi-style Beef and Chicken Dry Noodles

They also have the BBQ beef and chicken fillet in homemade peanut and fish sauce dressing, and they are served with healthy and refreshing rice vermicelli salad and fresh vegetables. Addictively good and delicious.

Stewed Beef Brisket with White Radish

Enjoy the tender  juicy stewed beef which is served with the piping hot bowl of white rice!

And as we know, being  Vietnamese Cuisine, no one would say no to the Assorted Spring and Summer Combo Rolls Delite (4 rolls). They are famed for this. Enjoy this Fresh rice paper rolls / fried spring rolls with prawns, grilled lemongrass chicken and beef.

And of course , never miss out the Vietnamese Drip Coffee (served with Condensed Milk) which is a must in any Vietnamese Restaurant. It is time to visit Du Viet and enjoy a satisfying meals there .
